Project Details

• City Go provides car rental, airport and city transfer, and tourism services under one brand. The main objective of the mobile app UX/UI design project was to create an experience in which users arriving with different needs could reach the relevant service through a short and understandable journey. The design approach prioritised separating service categories, helping users compare available options and presenting the necessary information before they move to the next step.
• User journeys were considered around car rental, transfer and tourism scenarios. A user looking for a vehicle needs to focus on dates, locations and vehicle options; a user planning a transfer needs route and journey details; and a user researching a tour needs destination and programme information. The information architecture was therefore structured to preserve the decision steps of each service while maintaining a consistent navigation experience across the application.
• The interface design considers readability on mobile screens, touch targets, visual hierarchy and continuity between steps.
