Each project begins with the brand's position, audience, story and the impression it should create. The Art Director brings visual references, art direction, typography, colour, composition and motion language together within one creative concept. This turns a collection of separate screens into a coherent brand experience.

Once the creative direction is approved, the homepage, services, projects and other key screens are designed through the same system. The concept should remain effective across content types and devices rather than making an impact only in the opening viewport. Revisions are assessed through brand objectives, content priorities and user journeys as well as visual preference.

Animation is planned as part of the narrative rather than added later as decoration. Scroll-led scenes, section transitions, kinetic typography, hover states and micro-interactions guide attention and strengthen the hierarchy of the content.

The same amount of motion is not appropriate for every brand or page. A corporate narrative, product launch, campaign and portfolio experience require different pacing and interaction decisions. Animations are designed to support the experience while considering mobile behaviour, touch interaction, reduced-motion preferences and access to the underlying content.

The approved creative concept is developed collaboratively between the design and frontend disciplines. Components, responsive behaviour, motion timing and page transitions are defined before implementation. This helps preserve the intended visual and interactive quality when the approved design becomes a live website.

Advanced animation libraries, video, 3D or WebGL scenes may be considered when they serve the project, but they are not included automatically. Browser support, content management, device capability, maintenance requirements and the communication objective are reviewed before selecting the appropriate implementation method.

Visual impact and technical quality must be managed together. Animation loading, scrolling fluidity and behaviour across devices are tested, with lighter alternatives planned where necessary. Semantic content structure, keyboard use, colour contrast, reduced-motion preferences and core technical SEO requirements are considered as part of the creative implementation.

Cost and timing depend on the number of unique screens, concept depth, animation intensity, 3D or video requirements, content production, languages, integrations and revision process.
