• The PsikoHelp customer application uses clear information architecture to help users review specialist profiles, evaluate suitable options, and move forward according to their needs. Structured cards and prominent guidance simplify a potentially complex discovery journey.
• Appointment creation, time-slot selection, upcoming session tracking, and access to online sessions were combined within one consistent flow. Essential actions remain prominent on each screen, helping users manage the journey through fewer, clearer steps.
• A calm colour palette, readable typography, and reusable components shape the application’s visual language. Accessibility, content hierarchy, and mobile usage patterns were considered together to create a restrained, reassuring interface suited to a sensitive service context.
