Project Details

• Avrasya GYO is a real estate investment trust managing a portfolio of real estate and related rights. The main objective of the corporate web design project was to present the company structure, investment context and different portfolio assets through content that visitors could understand easily. The user experience considered the information needs of investors, corporate stakeholders and visitors researching the portfolio.
• The information architecture treats company information, the investment-trust structure and portfolio assets as separate but connected areas. Different property types—including business, accommodation, residential and transportation assets—were organised through clear categories and explanations rather than one long list. This structure helps visitors understand the organisation’s field of activity and reach the portfolio information relevant to them through a shorter journey.
• The design approach prioritises corporate trust, readability, responsive page structure and access to information. This page describes the scope of the corporate web design work created for Avrasya GYO. Details in the previous copy concerning founding history, share changes, portfolio management and asset counts were not carried into the revised content because their current accuracy requires separate verification. Financial and investment websites should manage content freshness, clear information hierarchy and corporate consistency together.
