Project Details
- RTP Media provides in-store music broadcasting, corporate radio and advertising services. The main requirement of the web design and development project was to present these different broadcasting solutions through a content structure that corporate customers could understand easily. The user experience approach was shaped to help visitors distinguish between services, consider the solution relevant to their organisation and gain a clear overview of RTP Media’s areas of work.
- The information architecture treats in-store music broadcasting, brand-specific corporate radio and in-broadcast advertising as separate but connected service areas. The relationship between corporate radio and brand identity, the role of music in the in-store experience, and the context of advertising solutions were organised within one coherent structure. This helps visitors from different industries review the service scope without unnecessary repetition and reach the information relevant to their needs through a shorter journey.
- The project combines user experience design, a corporate web interface and web development work. The page structure presents services in easy-to-scan sections while maintaining a consistent brand narrative. This case study describes the scope of the digital work created for RTP Media and does not claim unmeasured increases in traffic, conversions or sales. For similar B2B service projects, content hierarchy, service differentiation and contact journeys should be considered together from the beginning of the design and development process.
